i had to be at work early, so i started my day off with one of these:

this is called a “more than a meal” bar. it’s chocolate and hemp seeds and topped with cashews. this shit is soooooo good…and provides something like 40 grams of protein. literally, i ate about 1/4 of this and was full until dinner.
and i got gumbo from gumbo a go-go!

spinach and artichoke etouffee.

and chili cheese etouffee. i couldn’t decide on one, so i got both and shared.
and for a late night snack/desert.

gas station ice cream poppers. meh.

sheila made this chocolate cake in a crock pot for pat’s birthday (1 month late):

it looks like poo, but it was pretty tasty for a cake coming out of a crock pot.
then i had the most yellowist lunch ever:

quorn chik’n patty, wasabi rice chips. meh.
dinner was probably the best meal of the day:

i love salad. especialy with roasted cauliflower.

an amy’s themed lunch. first up:
organic fire roasted vegetable soup (with a side of sharp cheddar cheese)

this was my first time eating this soup. it always scared me cause of the beans in it (i hate beans). but i ate them! and it was good! really, there were not too many beans, so it was easy to ignore them. the rest of the veggies in it were very good. i would seriously recommend trying this.
next, roasted vegetable no cheese pizza:

(terrible picture, sorry) so i baked this in the oven at work. i should really stop trying to do that cause things always burn since i can’t keep watch on it. anyways, i could tell it was done when i started smelling this wonderful aroma of garlic and onions coming my way. this was so good and you don’t miss the cheese one bit.
dinner consisted of a….

subway veggie delite sandwich. i feel like i’m betraying jimmy johns, but i’ve realized i absolutely love shredded carrots on a sandwich. why doesn’t jimmy johns have carrots??
