the internet has been down at my house, so i haven’t been very good about updating.
here is what i ate friday!
general tso’s bean curd with broccoli.
and a seaweed salad. this was from some new chinese restaurant in broad ripple. i do not recommend getting a seaweed salad from one of these rando chinese dives…it was expensive and had regular iceburg lettuce underneath all the good stuff!
and for dinner…
jimmy john’s veggie club with cherry peppers. yum!

it’s this little restaurant (well, more of a pub) in chicago, off of belmont ave.
their thing is a huge menu of burgers with names of heavy metal bands.
i don’t know how they came up with which burger combinations would be called what, but it’s pretty silly…in a good way.
anyways, mine was the iron maiden made with a gardenburger and topped with pepperjack cheese, cherry peppers, and avocado. considering i hate gardenburgers, i was thoroughly impressed.
anyways. tomorrow is a new day. i hope i eat something fun.
